Rain Cap
How it works:
To prevent precipitation from entering into the filter, e.g. through rain, snow and splash water, FILRUISON recommends adding a rain cap to the air filter. As coarse debris is also kept out of the filter, the main element is protected and the servicing interval increased. The rain caps are simply fitted on the air inlet.

Service indicators
The FILRUISON service indicator allows the user to check the air filter contamination even when the motor is switched off or idle. For different usage conditions, we can provide mechanical indicators and electronic indicators.
The mechanical service indicator can visually and clearly display the instantaneous condition of the air filter. The yellow piston will slide with the increase of the air filter resistance. When the yellow piston reaches the red mark, maintenance is necessary. After the maintenance is finished, the indicator is readjusted to “zero” by means of the reset button. The mechanical indicator is insensitive to the intake air pulsations of the engine.
The electrical service switch monitors the degree of contamination of air filters. When maintenance is required, an electrical signal is sent and the signal can be received remotely. The switch is not sensitive to dust and humidity due to the completely insulated and fully enclosed contact insert. The maximum working voltage is 24V and maximum current is 0.25A.
Allowable working temperature: - 30 ℃ ~ 100 ℃
Switching pressure (negative pressure) : 3.5kpa ~8Kpa

Diesel fuel filter water separtor
The latest technological applied to Diesel engines demands the highest fuel quality, with a high octane number to achieve more power and best efficiency. Although the diesel fuels are of very good quality, the sources of periodic contamination like water condensation, biological silt and solid particles, causes destructive effects in the injection system. FILRUISON's fuel filter/water separator will make your engine cleaner and long-running. Like solid particulate, water has become one of the main enemies of the engines. Because of condensation, misuse, or environmental factors, water is often mixed into the diesel.
Damage to engines caused by water:
----Water causes iron components to rust, forming loose aggregated particles of iron oxide contributing to injector wear
----At the interface of water and Diesel fuel, Microbiological growth rapidly occurs under proper conditions.
----Water contamination combines with various forms of sulfur contamination, forming sulfuric acid. This strong acid can damage injection system and engine components.
----Water inhaled by the injection system can displace lubrication provided by the fuel oil itself, causing galling and premature wear.
How it works:
The Diesel fuel filter/water separators have three filtration stages:
1st stage: separation
In this stage the water and superior solids to 30 microns are separated of the fuel by gravity/centrifugal force and decants to the bottom of the transparent collector bowl.
2nd stage: coalescing
The smaller water droplets condense on the inner wall of the bowl and the surface of the filter element. The authorities receive a certain amount of weight and will decant to the bottom of the collection bowl.
3rd stage: filtration by the water repelling media
In this stage the filter media retained the rest of the water and solids contaminants of 10 to 30 microns, according to the used element that made by water repelling media.
Filter element
The filter element is compounded of supper fiber and resin which treated by special methods. The water can not only pass, or even adhere.
The end cover distinguishes the filter grades in different colors, the red is 30μm, the blue is 10μm filter
