    To meet the needs of mining vehicles operating continuously 24 hours per day and ensure that the engine can operate well under hard conditions where the dust concentration in mines is high and tiny, FILRUISON engineers went to the the Inner Mongolia mining area to conduct on-site tracking observations and technical analysis of the use of filters for 105-ton, 120-ton, and 135-ton methanol extended-range mining vehicles. In combination with different vehicle usage scenarios, they proposed improvement and perfect plans for the engine air intake filtration system.

    Some vehicles are installed with FILRUISON high-ash-capacity DCF series honeycomb filters. Under the condition of 24-hour continuous working of the vehicles, the air filter elements need to be maintained or replaced every 5-7 days.

（Plan I）

    Some vehicles, based on the existing DCF honeycomb filters, are equipped with FILRUISON PC series pre-cleaners. These pre-cleaners remove 80% of dust, effectively extending the working life of the air filter and reducing maintenance frequency. Based on ongoing feedback, filter maintenance have been extended to 10-15 days, essentially meeting customer expectations.

    In view of the long continuous working hours and difficult maintenance of mining vehicles, we recommended to our customers the FILRUISON automatic self-cleaning air filters; this greatly improved the user's on-site experience and the driver's sense of convenience in operation. After using this product on a 120-ton mining vehicle for 15 days, it was observed that there was no dust residue in the first-stage self-cleaning filter elements and the second-stage air filter element was clean. After 30 days, there was slight dust residue on the lower part of the first-stage self-cleaning filter element, and the second-stage air filter element was clean. The pressure differential indicator showed that the air filter resistance had not increased significantly. The maintenance of the elements can be up to 2-6 months. Its clean state shows that the life of the air filter elements can be greatly extended, and it also maximizes the protection of the engines.

    Only by going deep into the working field and getting close to customers, we can understand their needs more directly, effectively, and accurately. One of our measures to improve customer experience is to meet the needs of different customers in various application scenarios with a variety of products. Providing customers with precise filtration solutions is our ultimate goal.
