FILRUISON’s pioneering trapezoidal static vanes design on the BCP and PCP series air precleaners allows the air flow to pass through the cross section at different speed, thereby generating different centrifugal forces at different positions, ensuring separation efficiency while effectively the resistance is reduced; the material of high-strength nylon mixed with glass fiber, while ensuring the strength, light weight, and is easy to install and maintain. The high-efficiency air precleaner can separate more than 87% of dust, insects, plant debris, rain/snow and other pollutants in the airflow before the dirty air enters the main air filter. Effectively extend the working life of the air filter element, reduce the frequency of maintenance.

FILRUISON's air filter uses the unique FTC-PNA nano filtration materials, which can meet the strong protection requirements of mechanical equipment under rough working conditions. The FTC-PNA nano fiber materials adopt the latest melt blown technology and adds a special mesh filter layer on the surface of the existing FTC-P filtration materials. In practical applications, the filter elements using the FILRUISON FTC-PNA nano materials have an average dust capacity increase of 2.7 compared to the filter element using the traditional materials, achieving the purpose of long service life.
