DCF series honeycomb air filter

Working principle: Air first enters the swirl tube air pre-cleaner at the end of the air filter housing, causing the air flow to rotate at high speed, and the centrifugal force generated separates the heaviest impurities from the air flow. These pollutants are discharged through the dust valve at the lower end of the pre-cleaner at the end of the filter. The initially purified air flows into the honeycomb air cleaner elements (main filter element and safety filter element). The filter element produced with new nano filter material will filter out 99.999% of the remaining pollutants in the air, ensuring that clean air flows into the engine or air compressor.
