FILRUISON has launched its newly upgraded KC90 Pre-cleaner model, which is 18.3% more efficient and just 0.82% more resistance than KC91 Pre-cleaner.

The update to the KC90 pre-cleaner includes a newly designed static vane surface. When the air flow through the vanes,  the airflow speed from the outside to the inside on the same section changes continuously from high to low. The Low-pressure area generated by the outer Jet stream leads the inner low-speed air flow to the outer side, so that the flow direction of the overall air flow forms an umbrella shaped spiral ejection state inside the pre-cleaner, so that it can guide more air flow to hit the inner surface of the housing without increasing resistance, which is more conducive to the polymerization of lighter impurities in the air on the inner surface of the housing, and effectively improves the pre separation efficiency of light impurities in the air.

The air flow guidance module, which was first applied on the KC90, is a all new structure for the pre-cleaners. This module utilizes its own umbrella shaped external structure combined with static vanes to direct the innermost airflow towards the inner surface of the housing. The internal retraction structure of the air flow guidance module is closely attached to the short wings of the rotor, which increases the contribution rate of the rotor short wings to dust removal, especially for the discharge of light dust , rain and snow, by 40%.

A prominent feature of this product design is that its main components, including housings and rotors, still use the existing parts. This means that this model of pre-cleaner provides a highly cost-effective product at a very low price, with brand new performance.
