At present, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the order planning and production requirements of global customers, the Group has decided to resume some of its international operations and fully respond to the supply of supplies in the international market.

On February 19th, the Group held an important meeting on combating new coronaviruses in 2020 and ensuring global market supply. The following important decisions were made on the global supply of Shanghai SykingIndustry Technical Co.,Ltd:

First, in terms of employee management, from now on, we will start to implement the system of partial return and rotation of employees, and implement the people-oriented management methods such as reducing personal work intensity, increasing post income, equipped with good protective facilities, etc., so as to ensure the connection of sales, finance, logistics and other related international businesses.

Second, in terms of production, we should try our best to restore the production of products that are urgently needed, reduce the working hours of single workers, and provide various guarantee services to ensure the health of each worker. In addition, global procurement programs were activated to make up for the shortage of domestic markets and to ensure production and supply. Moreover, the cost increases incurred are borne by the Group's headquarters.

Third, in terms of international logistics，in advance to do a good job of customs export communication work, to ensure delivery time. At the same time, to ensure that the quality of products and packaging are up to the Group's requirements, each time out of the warehouse to do a good job of disinfection protection treatment.
