High filtration efficiency thanks to the new FTC-PNa filter medium

FILRUISON have developed a new filter medium, the FTC-PNa, which offers separation efficiency of 99.99%. This new filter medium is used in the DCF series air filter and ensures that 9,999out of 10,000 streaming particles are retained.

Cyclone pre-cleaner

This new air filter family has cyclone pre-clear in a single, compact unit that deliveries superior filtration performance. Air enters the system through the static vanes of the cyclone pre-clear causing the air to spin. As the air spins, centrifugal force separates dust, dirt, insects rain and snow from the air stream. The contaminants will through the dust discharge valve at the bottom to be released.

DCF22-EF has a electronic dust remover. Under the control of vehicle CAN bus, the electronic dust remover regularly discharges dust.

Corrosion protection

The DCF air filter housing and filter element bone are all made of plastic materials by glass fiber reinforced, the buckle and bolts are treated with zinc plating process to provide better corrosion protection.
