The four-day Shanghai BAUMA Exhibition concluded successfully at the SNIEC from November 26th to 29th. l SCP self-cleaning air filter

For heavily dusty applications such as mines and deserts, in order to reduce user maintenance time and costs, ensure the continuity of vehicle operations, new automatic self-cleaning air filter received numerous praise and orders during the exhibition. It involves the applications of mining vehicles, loaders and construction machinery, etc..

Field of application: Meet the air flow range of 1200-4200m ³/h and the filtration efficiency can reach 99.99% (A4 testing ash, ISO5011).

Know-how: The self-cleaning element adopts a fully synthetic material with a step density, and the fine filtration layer forms a pulse filter belt to achieve higher filtration efficiency. The loose structural layer forms a low resistance airflow channel and provides strong support for the filtration material.

Five highlights: the intelligent CCU provides stable voltage, the new nozzle increases air intake, the large-diameter straight self-cleaning valve reduces pressure loss, the middle air intake of the tank ensures water air separation, and the retained dust valve ensures secondary dust discharge.
