System Control Logic:
1. Power on,the system initializes and screen shows the pressure difference between the inside and outside, the indicator light goes out;
2. In automatic mode,the fan starts directly after being powered on.in manual mode,press the start button to run the fan;
3. In normal working state, the screen shows the real-time pressure difference between the inside and outside;
4.CCU control logic:
the pressure difference between the inside and outside is in 0-80Pa, the fan speed is 100%;
80-110Pa, Fan speed 80%;
110-140Pa,Fan speed 60%;
140-170Pa,Fan speed 40%;
170-200Pa,Fan speed 20%.
When the pressure difference exceeds 200Pa, the fan stops.
5. If the pressure difference between the inside and outside drops to 10Pa within10 seconds, the fan will stop, the indicator light will light, and the buzzer will sound:Press the start button to turn off the indicator light and the buzzer, then the system restarts.

How It Works:
Dirty air enters through the vortex intake of the ring distribution on the filter end cover forms a vortex. After the centrifugal force by the vortex initially separates the dust, the air enters the clean side of the element from the outer surface, and then enters the supercharged fan. The fan with CCU automatically controls the speed of rotation runs in a preset system. While blowing clean air into the cabin, it realizes the supercharging and maintains pressure functions automatic of the air inside the cabin.
Blue arrow--Clean air filtered by the filter enters the cavity of the supercharged fan through the guide hole, and by the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the impeller to blow the air into the cab to complete the filtering, supercharging and maintaining pressure in the cab.
Gray arrow--Large dusts in the air are moved by the centrifugal force generated by the vortex airflow, and then enter the dust storage bin through the door of the isolation rubber part under the push of the airflow.
Red arrow--Airflow enters the internal clean side from outer surface of the filter element, using filtration to media to move out small particles such as viruses, pollen and final dust, completing the fine filtration of the air.
